Prior to earning my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD), I earned my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (M.Ed). My clinical work is grounded by the theoretical orientation that we are all best understood by exploring both where we came from and where we have found ourselves today.

The foundation of my clinical work is building a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and positive regard. ​Together, we will carefully examine your values and identify the changes you wish to make, paving the way for a more fulfilling and authentic life.
I specialize in assisting individuals, couples, and families in navigating the challenging "in between" stages, helping each client gain clarity on the next best step.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
Clients pay the full fee at the time of service and receive a superbill to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
Assessment pricing is billed per hour. The referral question for each assessment is discussed in detail. The total assessment fee will be clarified prior to the assessment being scheduled.
